Created in collaboration with the Experimental Architecture class at the Penny W Stamps school of Art & Design.
A fully solar powered, furnished, insulated, one person house. Images below consist of the the final house, an outline for the imagined transitional community it would be placed in, and diagram for the energy collection, storage, and delivery system.
Presentation below outlines my research into the solar power requirements of the house. I handled the research, procurement, and installation of the energy collection, storage, and delivery system.
Energy requirement specifications are based on conversations with members of Camp Take Notice, a homeless tent-city near Ann Arbor.
